Let Me Help You Find One Anywhere In The Country

This will seem a little esoteric, but bear with me.

Unfortunately, lawyers without sufficient experience often not only take on motorcycle cases, but advertise themselves as motorcycle lawyers. So what, you say? What difference does it make? Can't any personal injury lawyer learn what they need to know?

No, they can't. At least not likely, and not quickly enough.

Two ways that this can affect you are starting to crop up, and they both cost you. I constantly hear from vendors that loan money to personal injury law firms lacking the resources to handle these cases. They suggest that the firm borrow money from them, AND THEN PASS THE INTEREST COST ALONG TO THEIR CLIENTS. Notice, I am not talking about firms that loan money to the clients for medical costs, or even firms that advance money to the clients for living expenses. No, these firms lend money to the lawyers themselves, to help pay for costs the lawyer is advancing as part of the legal services being provided.

Another kind of vendor is the expert witness service. These cretins charge money to find expert witnesses for attorneys who have no other way of locating them. They charge flat fees up front, and (or) they also charge on top of what the expert is charging. If you have never been through this process, I can tell you that one of your major issues in a motorcycle accident case is the cost of expert witnesses. The last thing you need is to put extra costs on top.

As an attorney, it is hard enough to watch a client who has to pay for litigation costs out of their hard earned settlement.

It would turn my stomach to have unnecessary costs come out of the settlement on top of those costs that are unavoidable.

Finding the right lawyer after a motorcycle accident is always a difficult proposition.

If I can, I help riders all across the country to find motorcycle lawyers who know what they are doing, and how to do it. One of the reasons is to see that riders don't get fleeced after they get hurt in an accident.
