Women's National Ride Day in Toronto May 3

Women Riders Now Clearly Part of Sport
It is almost an anachronism to have an event promoting women motorcycle riders.

Women have become a substantial part of our sport, and are so integrated at this point, that discussion of the fact seems dated.

There was a time when women had to go to specialized riding gear stores, and there are some models of motorcycle which could use some adaptation for height issues, but women are very much a part of our scene.

In my practice, it has long since stopped being noteworthy that I am representing a woman rider as the result of an accident, as opposed to a man.

Sport bikes in particular have seen a huge surge in this department, in addition to the many groups that ride Harleys.  All women riding clubs are prolific, and I actually feel like this is a silly article for the blog, because the content is so ridiculously obvious.
