Suddenly Motorcycles are Environmentally Sound

40 or 50 MPG with Performance

    I have to laugh, although I must say I like the fact, that motorcycles are becoming the proving ground for electric vehicles.

    It's no surprise to riders, who have always had leading technology in their rides. But apparently it is news to non-riders.

    We have been living with 40 and 50 miles per gallon or better for so long, that we take it for granted. These numbers keep touring from being irritating every time we get ripped off at a gas station. For those of us who lean towards guilt, there is just that much less reason to feel bad about using gas for fun.

    Motorcycles have been getting a bad rap from some quarters for as long as I can remember.

    It's great to see that we can benefit from the reputation as being good for fuel consumption.
