Road Tar Removed Easily?

The Cheeky British Bike Mag RIDE reports that Baby Oil and Cotton will remove road tar.

This sounds so good, I can hardly wait to try it.

I make it an unbreakable rule that I don't make a recommendation unless I know it's a good one.

However, Rules Are Meant To Be Broken, so I'm passing this one along, and hope its not the next internet hoax.

Let me know if it really works
