Kevlar Sweatshirt

Draggin' Jeans Kevlar an Intersting Product

I'm beginning to feel like a fashion editor, but I was wowed to discover that Draggin' jeans has a Kevlar shirt/sweatshirt that can be worn under any kind of jacket.

They don't make a lot of claims on their website, so we'll have to wait for a crash test to see how abrasion resistant it is, but I'd have to guess that it would do a reasonable job if, for example, worn under a solid jean jacket.

Of course, it comes without body armor, so the usual disclaimers apply. For sure, the pros wear solid leather suits of appropriate weight, with all the amour. Anything less is, well, less.

Still, there are times when less is the right thing, because you simply can't always wear the track stuff.
